Shipping policy

For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process. 

All purchases are shipped from Ahmedabad in association with our delivery partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order .  

  • For out-state orders it may take 4-8 business days. Generally, deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday. 

  • For within state orders / orders from metro cities, it may take 3-6 business days. Generally, deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday. 

  • For orders from Ahmedabad it may take 2-4 business days. Generally, deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday. 
     

The customer might be charged for delivery, if the order value is below the threshold , as decided by company from time to time. However, whatever may be the delivery charge, it will be informed while placing the order. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. 

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbors, etc. We do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. 

Depending on the courier partner, sometimes they might ask for the OTP for completion of delivery or confirmation of refusal to accept the order. Kindly read the messages carefully and share OTPs only after proper verification. Once confirming of order acceptance or refusal through OTP, will be binding upon the customer in case of future disputes related to order acceptance or refusal. 

We shall not be responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery within 24 hours.
